COMPACT 22 kW HOPPER

The COMPACT 22 kW AIRFLOW HOPPER is the version with a 1000-liter conical hopper of the Delfin 22 kW compact suction unit, designed for heavy industrial applications that require fast and localized discharge of collected material. The HOPPER configuration with a manual butterfly valve ø250 mm and inspection hatch allows material to be discharged directly into big-bags, containers or conveying systems, with a discharge height from the ground of 200 mm.

The 22 kW three-lobe rotary pump guarantees an air flow of 1300 m³/h and a maximum vacuum of 5000 mmH₂O, suitable for continuous suction of dust, granules and bulk materials in large quantities. The primary Pocket filter ANT M PTFE coated, 120,000 cm², with automatic mechanical cleaning by pneumatic piston and the safety Cartridge filter ensure efficient two-stage filtration throughout the entire operating cycle.

The optional telescopic legs allow lifting with a forklift to facilitate discharge into big-bags. The onboard compressor independently manages the filter cleaning. Reduced weight of 1360 kg compared to the TANK version, thanks to the absence of the removable container. Ideal for cement factories, mines, steel mills and plants with frequent discharge of large quantities of dusty or granular material.
