COMPACT 22 kW TANK

The COMPACT 22 kW HIGH VACUUM TANK is the high vacuum version of the Delfin compact vacuum unit with 22 kW three-lobe rotary pump, designed for heavy industrial applications requiring very high vacuum levels. The HIGH VACUUM configuration reaches a maximum vacuum of 7500 mmH₂O with an airflow of 1100 m³/h, making it ideal for dense, heavy, or hard-to-handle materials that require high suction power.

The self-cooling lobe pump ensures consistent performance and superior reliability compared to traditional blowers, with a significantly longer operational life in continuous cycles. The double filtration system with primary ANT M PTFE pocket filter of 120,000 cm² and safety filter of 40,000 cm², combined with automatic cleaning at motor stop with on-board compressor, keeps performance at the highest level throughout the production cycle.

The 1000-liter removable container with bottom discharge via hatch and forklift fork slots allows quick and safe emptying without prolonged machine downtime. Compact dimensions (196×163×272h cm) for an 1800 kg unit that maximizes performance in the limited spaces of industrial plants. Suitable for suction of heavy abrasive materials, slag, ash, granules, and any material requiring high suction power.
