COMPACT 37 kW HOPPER

The COMPACT 37 kW HIGH VACUUM HOPPER combines the highest vacuum available in the COMPACT range — 7200 mmH₂O — with the practicality of the 1000-liter conical hopper for direct discharge. With an airflow of 1500 m³/h and the powerful 37 kW lobe pump, it is the ultimate solution for heavy industries handling dense or difficult materials and requiring frequent discharge cycles without production interruptions.

The high vacuum of the HV version allows effective suction of heavy, wet materials or those with high resistance to airflow even through long piping networks, maintaining optimal suction performance. The conical hopper with manual butterfly valve ø250 mm, inspection door, and optional telescopic legs ensures maximum flexibility in discharge configurations. The ANT M PTFE double filtration system of 120,000 cm² protects the pump and ensures the cleanliness of the expelled air.

Robust construction of 2050 kg, dimensions 202×167×359/435h cm, IP55 protection. The onboard compressor ensures automatic filter cleaning and autonomous operation management. Suitable for foundries, steelworks with wet sandblasting, refineries, and industries that combine heavy materials with the need for fast and frequent discharge into big-bags or collection containers.
