COMPACT 37 kW TANK

The COMPACT 37 kW HIGH VACUUM TANK is the flagship high vacuum version of the Delfin COMPACT range, with a 37 kW three-lobe rotary pump reaching a maximum vacuum of 7200 mmH₂O and an airflow of 1500 m³/h. It is the benchmark solution for heavy industrial applications that require the highest suction power available in the COMPACT segment, to handle dense, wet, heavy materials or those with high pressure drops along the suction network.

The combination of high vacuum and sustained airflow allows effective handling of difficult materials such as wet slag, heavy abrasive materials, semi-dense sludge, and products with high resistance to airflow. The double filtration with ANT M PTFE filter of 120,000 cm² and safety filter of 40,000 cm² with automatic cleaning at motor stop ensures total protection of the pump and the working environment. The onboard compressor autonomously manages the cleaning and lifting of the container.

The 1000-liter removable container, fork-liftable, allows quick emptying without prolonged interruptions. Weight of 2050 kg, dimensions 194×163×311h cm. Ideal for steelworks with sandblasting, cast iron foundries, refineries, and industrial plants operating with particularly heavy and dense materials that require the highest available vacuum for effective collection.
