DHV TANK

The DHV 30 kW AIRFLOW TANK is the high-performance mobile industrial vacuum cleaner with 30 kW three-lobe rotary pump, designed for the most demanding maintenance and cleaning operations in heavy industry. The AIRFLOW configuration delivers a maximum flow rate of 1700 m³/h with a vacuum of 5000 mmH₂O, suitable for vacuuming large volumes of dust, solids and bulk materials in large-capacity production plants.

Unlike the COMPACT range, the DHV TANK stands out for its advanced sleeve filtration system: 30 ANT M PTFE polyester filter sleeves totaling 180,000 cm², combined with a 70,000 cm² safety cartridge filter, provide a filtering surface 50% greater than COMPACT models. The alternating automatic backwash cleaning system, active during operation, keeps the airflow constant without machine downtime. The 800-liter detachable container with safety hatch can be handled with a forklift.

The advanced electrical panel with Zelio Schneider PLC, hour counter, pressure switch for filter status control, pump temperature probe, motor PTC, level probe, and remote control ensures full supervision and automated management of all functions. IP55 protection, noise level 80 dB(A), dimensions 168×160×291h cm, weight 2320 kg. Suitable for cement plants, foundries, steel mills, and power plants that require continuous operation and advanced function management.
