DHV HOPPER

The DHV 30 kW HIGH VACUUM HOPPER combines the high vacuum of 7500 mmH₂O of the HV version with the practicality of the 1000-liter conical hopper for direct discharge, offering the ideal solution for plants handling dense or heavy materials with the need for frequent discharge into big-bags or collection systems. The air flow rate of 1300 m³/h ensures reliable suction even with materials that have high resistance to air flow.

The conical hopper with manual butterfly valve ø250 mm, inspection door, and rotary level probe ensures constant monitoring of the filling level and safe, controlled discharge. The 30 ANT M PTFE filter sleeves of 180,000 cm² with alternating automatic backwash cleaning maintain optimal filtration performance throughout the entire operating cycle. The 70,000 cm² cooling channel filter protects the high vacuum pump from the finest dust.

The complete electrical panel with Zelio Schneider PLC, all control sensors, and remote control allow supervision and automated management of all functions. Optional telescopic frame for discharge into big-bags at different heights. Weight 2100 kg. 140 mm flange connection.
