DHV TANK

The DHV 30 kW HIGH VACUUM TANK is the high vacuum version of the Delfin 30 kW mobile industrial vacuum cleaner, designed for applications requiring very high vacuum values — up to 7500 mmH₂O — to vacuum dense, heavy materials or those with high resistance to pneumatic transport. With an air flow rate of 1300 m³/h, it maintains excellent suction performance even in long piping networks or with multiple pick-up points.

The new generation sleeve filtration system with 30 PTFE ANT M sleeves totaling 180,000 cm², combined with the 70,000 cm² safety cartridge filter, ensures maximum pump protection and filtration efficiency down to 1 micron. The alternating automatic backwash cleaning system with compressed air, active during operation, keeps the sleeves always clean without requiring machine downtime. The cooling channel filter (70,000 cm²) further protects the internal components of the high vacuum pump.

The electrical panel with Zelio Schneider PLC integrates all control functions: hour counter, pressure differential switch for filter status, pump temperature probe, motor PTC, level probe, remote control. The 800-liter detachable container with safety hatch and forklift handling facilitates emptying operations. Weight 2340 kg. Suitable for refineries, chemical industries and steelworks that handle particularly heavy and dense materials.
