DHV HOPPER

The DHV 45 kW HIGH VACUUM HOPPER is the absolute top of the DHV Delfin range: 45 kW of power, 8500 mmH₂O maximum vacuum and 1700 m³/h air flow, combined with the 1000-liter conical hopper for direct material discharge. It is the ultimate choice for the most demanding industrial applications that require both maximum suction power and the highest frequency of collected material discharge.

The exceptional vacuum of 8500 mmH₂O allows suction of heavy, dense or wet materials from long distances and through extensive piping networks, with significant pressure drops. The 30 PTFE ANT M sleeves of 180,000 cm² with alternating automatic reverse air cleaning, the 70,000 cm² safety filter and the cooling channel filter ensure maximum pump protection and constant filtration efficiency down to 1 micron.

The 1000-liter conical hopper with manual valve ø250 mm and optional telescopic frame for big-bag discharge (h 1000/1500 mm) offers maximum discharge versatility. The electrical panel with Zelio Schneider PLC, all control sensors, pressure differential switch and remote control ensures fully automated management of all functions. Weight 2260 kg.
