DHV TANK

The DHV 45 kW HIGH VACUUM TANK is the top mobile industrial suction unit in the entire Delfin DHV range, with a 45 kW three-lobe pump reaching a maximum vacuum of 8500 mmH₂O — the highest available in the range — combined with an air flow of 1700 m³/h. Designed for the most critical heavy industry applications where maximum suction power is essential to extract heavy, dense or wet materials from long distances.

The combination of 45 kW of power and 8500 mmH₂O vacuum allows suction even in extremely demanding conditions: wet and heavy materials, long piping networks, materials with high resistance to pneumatic transport. The 30 PTFE ANT M sleeves of 180,000 cm² with alternating automatic reverse air cleaning, combined with the 70,000 cm² cartridge safety filter and the 70,000 cm² cooling channel filter, ensure maximum protection of the high vacuum pump. Air load on filter of only 106 m³/(m²×h).

Complete electrical panel with Zelio Schneider PLC, all control sensors, pressure differential switch, level probe and remote control for fully automated management. 800-liter detachable container with safety hatch, forkliftable.
