SILOS 1500

The Cyclonic Silo SEP.DLF-0086 is the fixed cyclonic preseparatore with the highest capacity in the SILOS Delfin range, with 1500 liters of volume and ø1200 mm diameter, designed for high-intensity central vacuum systems where the amount of pre-separated material is very high and maximum autonomy is required between emptying cycles. The 1500-liter capacity minimizes operational interruptions for handling collected material, optimizing the overall productivity of the system.

The high-efficiency cyclone with ø1200 mm diameter ensures effective separation of heavy and granular material from the suctioned air, protecting the downstream filters and the vacuum unit. The ø127 mm spherical connection integrates with all connections and flexible hoses in the Delfin range. The manual butterfly valve ø250 mm allows controlled discharge of material into big-bag or collection containers. The integrated inspection door ensures safe access for checks and maintenance.

Capacity 1500 liters, dimensions 144×144×290h cm, weight 310 kg. Available with oversized D700 cyclone for highly abrasive materials with filling box. The adjustable telescopic frame ST.0618.7011Z for discharge into big-bag or double slide gate is available as an option.
