SILOS 500

The Cyclonic Silo SEP.DLF-0092 is the fixed cyclonic preseparators with filter with a 500-liter capacity and ø780 mm diameter, designed for permanent installations on central vacuum systems that require a fixed pre-separation point for the material. Thanks to the integrated high-efficiency cyclone and the ø250 mm manual butterfly valve, it separates and collects the heaviest material before it reaches the filters and the vacuum unit pump, reducing the filter load and extending the operating life of the upstream filters.

The configuration with ø127 mm spherical connection (male ball joint), compatible with the full range of Delfin connections and flexible hoses, allows flexible installation and easy integration into existing vacuum systems. The ø250 mm manual butterfly valve allows controlled discharge of separated material into collection containers or big-bags. The integrated inspection hatch facilitates periodic checks of the internal condition of the silo. The rotary level sensor is available as an option.

Capacity 500 liters, dimensions 90×90×228h cm, weight 130 kg. For particularly abrasive materials, the oversized D700 cyclone with filling box is available for greater wear resistance. The optional adjustable telescopic frame allows discharge into big-bags. Suitable as a fixed preseparators with filter in centralized systems for applications generating medium-sized granular or bulk materials where permanent separation at a fixed point in the plant is required.
