CV CABIN CENTRAL VACUUM

The CV 22 AF is the fixed vacuum unit with a 22 kW three-lobe rotary pump, designed exclusively for centralized suction systems in combination with preseparators with filter, hoppers, and piping networks. The soundproof cabin with forced ventilation and large inspection doors reduces noise emissions to 80 dB(A), allowing installation near work areas without disturbing personnel. The airflow of 1300 m³/h and vacuum of 5000 mmH₂O make it suitable for medium-capacity centralized systems.

The AIRFLOW configuration is optimal for plants that require high airflow rates to vacuum large volumes of light dust and granules from multiple simultaneous pick-up points. The 70,000 cm² safety cartridge filter and the 70,000 cm² secondary filter protect the pump from any particle that may escape the upstream preseparators with filter. The ø140 mm flange connection integrates perfectly with the full range of Delfin preseparators with filter and hoppers.

The electrical panel with Zelio Schneider PLC, vacuum gauge, hour counter, and pump and motor temperature probes must be ordered separately and includes all control and automation functions. Compact dimensions 114×124×147h cm, weight 590 kg. Suitable for centralized suction systems in cement plants, foundries, steelworks, and medium-sized extractive industries that require a fixed high-airflow vacuum unit.
