DHV TANK

The DHV 45 kW AIRFLOW TANK is the highest capacity mobile industrial vacuum cleaner in the DHV Delfin range, equipped with a powerful 45 kW three-lobe rotary pump delivering a maximum air flow of 2300 m³/h with a vacuum of 5000 mmH₂O. It is the benchmark solution for the most demanding industrial suction applications in large-scale plants: high-capacity cement plants, coal and biomass power plants, large foundries and steelworks.

The 45 kW (79A) power allows serving plants with multiple simultaneous suction points or with large-scale piping networks, maintaining optimal performance throughout the entire production cycle. The 30 ANT M PTFE filter sleeves totaling 180,000 cm² with alternating automatic reverse air cleaning system ensure exceptional operating autonomy without maintenance interruptions. The 70,000 cm² cartridge safety filter protects the pump from the finest particles.

The electrical panel with Zelio Schneider PLC, hour counter, pressure differential switch, temperature probes and remote control allows fully automated management of the unit. The 800-liter detachable container with safety hatch and forklift intakes allows for quick emptying. Weight 2550 kg, dimensions 168×160×291h cm.
