    Description

    The Cyclonic Silo SEP.DLF-0085 is the fixed cyclonic preseparatore with 1000 liters capacity and ø1200 mm diameter, the highest capacity version of the SILOS family, designed for medium-large capacity central vacuum systems that require effective cyclonic pre-separation with large volumes of material. The 1000-liter capacity reduces the frequency of emptying compared to the 500L model, ideal for applications with high generation of coarse or granular material in continuous production cycles.

    The high-efficiency cyclone separates heavy and granular materials from the suctioned air before they reach the filtration system, protecting the sleeves of the filter hopper and significantly extending their operational life. The ø127 mm spherical connection is compatible with the entire range of Delfin connections and flexible hoses. The manual butterfly valve ø250 mm and the integrated inspection door ensure safe emptying and easy access for maintenance.

    Capacity 1000 liters, dimensions 144×144×246h cm, weight 270 kg. Available with rotary level sensor, inspection door (included), and oversized D700 cyclone for highly abrasive materials. The adjustable telescopic frame ST.0618.7011Z allows direct discharge into big-bag. Suitable for large centralized systems in cement factories, steel mills, and mining industries where pre-separation of coarse materials is essential to preserve the efficiency of the downstream filtration system.
