The Filter Hopper SEP.DLF-0115 is the square preseparators with filter with a 1000-liter capacity, walkable base, and access ladder, the solution with maximum accessibility for the maintenance of filter sleeves in high-capacity central vacuum systems. The 30 ANT M PTFE filter sleeves with a total of 180,000 cm² provide the same filtering effectiveness as the ø1200 round model, but in a square geometry with the fundamental addition of a service platform and ladder for safe access to the filter compartment.

The walkable platform with integrated ladder allows maintenance personnel to safely access the filter sleeves for inspection, replacement, and condition checks without the need for external ladders or temporary scaffolding. The telescopic legs allow correct positioning and leveling of the unit on surfaces that are not perfectly flat. The automatic backwashing cleaning system, the standard pressure differential switch, and the ø250 mm manual butterfly valve complete the system.

Flanged connection ø140 mm both inlet and outlet (unlike round models). Dimensions 180×160×360h cm. Suitable for central vacuum systems in large industrial plants — cement plants, steelworks, power plants — where safe and easy maintenance of filter sleeves is a fundamental requirement to ensure the operational continuity of the plant. The rotary level probe is available as an option.
